Noted hereunder is the returns policy of Bere in Klere.
We, Bere in Klere reserve the full right to accept returns or offer refunds on items for change of mind. In this event, the customer is responsible for covering the associated shipping costs. If an exchange is offered, items must be in the original condition.
The buyer will be eligible for a refund / replacement / exchange only if the buyer can prove that the product delivered is physically damaged, has missing parts, entirely different from the details specified in the product page or product description.
Any product faults or flaws must be reported within 3 calendar days of item receipt to be eligible for return or refund. We will not under any circumstances accept returns on items after this period of time has passed. We reserve the right to offer a repair or replacement of the fault. A refund will only be issued if the item is faulty beyond repair. Hand sown products are a type of artwork and therefore variances and minor imperfections are normal.
Return and replacement shipping costs for faulty, flawed or incorrectly shipped products will be covered by Bere in Klere.
Once an order is placed and paid for, we do not accept cancellations by request of the customer.
